Garden of Life RAW Meal is an organic powder, created using whole food-based ingredients including 34 g of essential amino acids from plant-based proteins and 20 food-created and food-chelated vitamins and minerals.

Recommended Use: Mix 1/2 packet with 8 fl oz of water for a snack. Mix 1 packet with 16 fl oz of water for a meal. Delicious with almond or rice milk. Nutrition facts may be divided in half for a snack.

I have done hours of comparing protein/meal replacement powders and RAW Meal exceeds many, but is absolutely the best for the price! I use 1 scoop instead of 2 and that gets me a nice pre or post workout drink with 17 g of protein! The chocolate is best mixed with a chocolate almond milk, but is obviously healthier with unflavored/unsweetened almond milk which is what I initially mix with the chocolate almond milk to get used to it. I also love that it's VEGAN and just look at the ingredient list. My gut is thanking me every day. AND Absolutely no digestive issues when taken right before a hard workout!
My favorite flavor of RAW Meal is the chocolate and I mix it
with chocolate soy milk or almond milk and sometimes a banana. I only use one scoop so it mixes better and has a less gritty texture. It does tend to thicken up if it sits too long, but it will keep you full.
