Recommended Use: Apply sparingly. A little goes a long way. Apply to dry skin as needed throughout the day, particularly after washing hands or bathing. Nighttime use is also highly recommended as this is the most effective time for moisturizing extremely dry skin. Mild stinging of severely dry skin is normal. Discontinue use if you experience excessive stinging or if stinging persists. When finished, tighten lid on jar. Store at room temperature. Before and after hand images: Pictures shown on package are from a person using this product before bed and three times daily for one week. Results may vary.

When I first tired O'Keeffe's Working Hands Hand Cream was that it seemed worked well, but it was a very thick and heavy formula that felt greasy after. It did make my hands feel very soft and soothes the chapped skin from the winter, but it was very thick and did leave a film on my hands. Which was hard to deal with as I work on a computer. Overall, the product does work well, but the greasy residue is rather annoying.
