I take this because I have an enlarged prostate. I can't say for sure if it works but I will say that before I took this, my specialist had told me in 2012, that my prostate was one and a half times lager than normal ( I'm 61 ). In October of 2013, after taking stinging nettle for four months, I went to my doctor for a regular check up and he told me that my prostate was only slightly enlarged. Taking stinging nettle is the only thing I did differently. You be the judge
but I'm going to continue taking this stinging nettle product.
Stinging Nettle Root really works for raising free testosterone levels. I think the theory is that a ligand or ligands will bind to SHBG and thus leave more testosterone unbound. I am inclined to believe it since I have really easily maintained muscle gains at this point a few months post-hormones, and that's never happened to me before. It works so well, in fact, that I prefer it to the idea of using any other hormone or hormone-like stuff, because I have no side effects.
