I found the other comments interesting. I hope future posters to this forum will also indicate how much they
exercise! I have never been able to do the 3 pills 3 time a day thing. I take Fat Metabolism Factors sporadically. The best weight loss I got was when I was running (2.5 miles 3x/week), boxing (3x/week for 1 hr), and doing yoga (30 min 3x/week). During that time, I went from 145 pounds to 137 pounds. It took about 6 months. I have lost a total of 26
pounds over the last 5 years by making gradual, lifestyle changes (160 pounds in 2003 to 134 in 2006). Ugh, it is so frustrating. I'm now back up to 141. My boxing trainer recommended a fat metabolizer because I am 38 years old, and thus my metabolism is slow. But I find it hard to take a large pill 3x/day. It just ain't happening! I gave it 3 stars because the jury is still out. I don't know if it works or not. I should also mention I have stopped taking the product to see if it was connected with a very minor skin breakout. I'm 5'4", weigh 141-ish pounds, and I'm frustrated because it just takes so long to see results even when doing these really hard workouts. Lifestyle changes have to happen and that's the real issue. I guess I was hoping for faster results!
