I've been taking them for 6 months now. They are a large tablet to swallow but they are coated to help you swallow them. I feel much better knowing that there are no chemicals in them so my unborn baby isn't exposed to anything harmful. The 90 tablets (you have to take 3 a day) do have a nicer sweeter vanilla tasting coating on
them, it is a shame they didn't use the same coating on the once a day. I've used both tablets and would recommend both but if you are nauseous and struggling to swallow then go for the once a day. Also I have always taken the once a day in the evening with dinner and had no side effects.
