These Mixed Vegetables are a great way to supplement your body with the veggies that you need especially if you're like me and don't take the time to stick to a healthy diet everyday. They are easy to swallow, have no aftertaste and I had no side affects. Plus, they are a great price!
I have been taking Nature's Plus Mixed Vegetables for several months in conjunction with the Atkins diet. It only adds one carbohydrate per day and gives me the nutrients from real fresh vegetables that I cannot eat if I wish to lose weight, due to their carb levels. I noticed a big difference in energy and stamina when I started taking Mixed Vegetables. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
