I have always been a fan of nature's answer products. But this product is horrible. This is not a virgin cod liver oil. It has added synthetic vitamins like vitamin e. Not a whole food product. Also it contains soy. I don't know how they could add soy to a fish oil. Deceiving description. Not a good option for people looking for virgin cod liver oil with naturally formed vitamins.
Besides, it has very good amount of omega 3 Fatty acids including dha and epa. Not sure about the quality of vitamin a and d since it could be synthetically added like vitamin e. 16oz bottle of cod liver oil for $15 is really affordable. It would be great if the manufacturer can improve the quality and get rid of synthetic vitamins. Also not sure whether is it diluted with soy oil since the ingredients contains soy. So many concerns about this product. I would recommend garden of life fish oil since it doesn't have any synthetic vitamins and soy. But it's expensive compared this brand. Quality wise other brands are way better than this.
