Hoodia 2000 TR is wonderful. For most of my adult life, I have suffered from being "always hungry." Using this product as directed, I have hours at a time when I am not hungry. You still have to use self-control if you are a compulsive eater, but at least it takes away enough hunger that you can control eating behavior.
I am on day 4 taking this supplement and I am noticing that I'm getting much fuller much faster - and staying that way longer.
The first couple of days I was skeptical because I noticed no change and chucked this product in the "fad diet" category - but I figured I paid for it so I'm taking it just in case it happens to work later.
I just had a bowl of soup and cup of yogurt for lunch - and I feel like I had a steak dinner + desert. My advice though - take it when you first get up because it seems to take a little while and is best on an empty stomach - then again in early evening. Also - eat more slowly than you normally would so you don't get that "I'm so full I don't want to move or workout or anything" feeling like I did after a small dinner last night.
I haven't tried any other brands of hoodia - and found this one after visiting my local natural foods store. The guy there said this is the one that people return for - but they sell it for 40$ vs $23 here.
Oh and it could just be Cincinnati sinus/allergy issues - but I've had slight headaches since starting this product (very rare for me) - actually pretty bad the first couple days - and lessening in intensity as the days go by. Tolerable enough though......as long as it doesn't last. No other side effects so far.
