I have been taking Fat Metabolism Factors for about 6 months. I absolutely love it. It does take sometime to see results. I am also 5'2" and weigh between 135-140 and I am looking to get down to at least 120. I noticed a big difference in the way I looked and people kept asking me if I have lost weight. My weigh does not seem to be going down fast but I have noticed that I look skinnier. The chub and large areas are gone and my stomach is getting flatter. I am happy with that. I guess if you look and feel good than the weight does not matter. I am also 40 years old so it does take longer to get my metabolism moving.
As with any product you use, exercise is the key to increasing your weight loss. I started out taking Fat Metabolism Factors once 3 times daily. When I worked my way up to 3 pills 3 times per day (don't forget the glass of water and to take the pills 30 minutes before you plan to eat) the weight literally flew off. My metabolism is way down due to menopause and my weight fluctuates terribly. I walk twice a day, 15 minutes one time and 25 minutes in the evening. My total weight loss was 45 lbs in less than 45 days. I am getting ready to start using this product again due to being at my low point again. Everyone I have recommended this product to has had excellent results, especially the people like me who do everything right and still can't lose.

I began noticing some gradual results near the end of my first bottle of Fat Metabolism Factors. I am ordering two more to see what happens. Recommended dosage is three tablets with breakfast or one tablet with each meal. I took two in the morning and two late afternoon. I don't think it affected my appetite one way or another, but it's a fat metabolizer, not an appetite suppressant. My problem is my metabolism is pretty much "dead". That seems to be hereditary. I don't each much, I just burn even less.
I found the other comments interesting. I hope future posters to this forum will also indicate how much they
exercise! I have never been able to do the 3 pills 3 time a day thing. I take Fat Metabolism Factors sporadically. The best weight loss I got was when I was running (2.5 miles 3x/week), boxing (3x/week for 1 hr), and doing yoga (30 min 3x/week). During that time, I went from 145 pounds to 137 pounds. It took about 6 months. I have lost a total of 26
pounds over the last 5 years by making gradual, lifestyle changes (160 pounds in 2003 to 134 in 2006). Ugh, it is so frustrating. I'm now back up to 141. My boxing trainer recommended a fat metabolizer because I am 38 years old, and thus my metabolism is slow. But I find it hard to take a large pill 3x/day. It just ain't happening! I gave it 3 stars because the jury is still out. I don't know if it works or not. I should also mention I have stopped taking the product to see if it was connected with a very minor skin breakout. I'm 5'4", weigh 141-ish pounds, and I'm frustrated because it just takes so long to see results even when doing these really hard workouts. Lifestyle changes have to happen and that's the real issue. I guess I was hoping for faster results!
I took a whole bottle of Michael's Fat Metabolism Factors. At first I took one pill with each meal three times per day, but after two weeks and nothing was happening, I took two pills with each meal three times per day. I saw absolutely no results with this product. In fact, I've gained 3-4 pounds since taking it. Like so many products on the market, I wouldn't waste my money on this product.
