Creatine monohyrdate is pretty much a necessitate if you are trying to put on muscle. Most products that are "unflavored" are never truly unflavored but this one I can honestly say is unflavored. Throw a scoop in with a cup of water and it still tastes just like water. Plus at 8 bucks you're not really breaking the bank compared to the pricing of some other supplements.
