I've been having on-going problems with kidney stones the past 18 months. I had passed one and then had 5 more blasted. I've had pain in my left kidney ever since. At my last urologist visit in May, I had another stone growing in my left kidney. I started taking Stone Free based on a recommendation from a health food store. My left kidney quit hurting almost immediately, and the only time it hurts now is if I forget to take my Stone Free. I have an appointment with the urologist in December to check on my kidney stone. I'm anxious to see if there's a decrease in size since I've been taking Stone Free. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone with kidney stone issues and it is apparently also helpful for gallstones.
I am 45 years old and have had kidney stones for over 30 years. I had lithotripsy on one kidney last year and my Dr said I would have to come back and have the other kidney done. Being that I could not afford to have the procedure done again, I began looking for ways to get rid of the stone on my own. I take Stone Free at bedtime with a glass of water- and I also take 2 Tbl Olive Oil with 2 Tbl Lemon juice once or twice a day followed by a glass of water during acute attacks. In January, I passed a 5m stone on my own. A heating pad brings great comfort, take a peppermint for nausea and if you are having urinary pain, take Cystex, which is an over the counter pill for urinary pain.
