After finding out my vitamin b12 level is extremely low, my doctor suggested I take a supplement along with the injections I've started. She specifically told me to get the vitamin that goes under the tongue (sublingual) or the liquid/spray for the mouth. These are absorbed by the bloodstream instead of through the stomach. When I started looking these up, I got sticker shock!! I'm on a fixed income, I believe in keeping healthy but I can't go broke either!! When I saw these for this price, I had to look twice at the price to make sure it was what I thought it was! I enlarged it on my iPad too! It was true!! An UNBELIEVABLE GREAT DEAL!!! I just could not pass it up!!
UPDATE: I've been using these for a while now. In order for them to melt quickly under your tongue, I've found out you have to keep moving it around. It does take a while for it to dissolve, much longer than I anticipated. However, moving it around helps it significantly. They work, my Vitamin B12 levels are up!!!
