I have to say I have been a shake-o customer for years. Recently I decided to try something different that was much better budget wise. The Vega One Nutritional Shake is fantastic! I love the benefits I get from it and the taste it out of this world! There is no chalky after taste and it mixes really well with water and milk. The packet format it fantastic for my on the go lifestyle. I don't have to worry about measuring it out when I'm in a hurry I just grab a packet and go!

Eu comprei devido a alta concentração de nutrientes que possui, e você paga por qualidade então o preço é um pouco mais alto que os shakes convencionais. Com relação ao sabor, eu esperava pior, não é a proteína mais deliciosa que já provei, porquê tem um gosto bem natural mesmo, mas não é ruim.

Eu comprei esta proteína, pois acredito que a absorção de vitaminas é muito maior, uma vez que a fonte de extração são os vegetais, com relação a performance e gosto, realmente me surpreendeu, porém devido a altissíma qualidade o preço é um pouco mais alto do que as comuns no mercado, mas vale a pena viu!
