Switched from Psyllium Husks to Raw Fiber
I've been using psyllium husks for several years and then a friend told me that they lose their effectiveness over time and she had recent switched to this raw fiber product which she loved. It has a lot more calories than the psyllium, but the serving size is also much bigger. A comparable serving size is about the same calories. But the raw fiber tastes much better than the psyllium and it has lots of good protein and fiber. I've only been using it for a few days, but it seems to be working.
