Inositol for Mood & Anxiety in Women with PCOS
Researching remedies for polycystic ovary syndrome, I came upon a study that shows inositol supplements help with mood and anxiety in women. Wanting to both reduce my PCOS symptoms and alleviate the mood swings and anxiety I've been experiencing, I gave this product a try. I've been taking it a little over a month and I do notice a difference. More importantly, my husband started noticing a difference in my mood within 2 weeks of me adding it to my water on a daily basis. That is something because he doesn't notice anything!
I didn't change my diet or take any other new supplements while testing out this product. I will continue using Myo-Inositol in my daily regiment.
