This non-dairy product is a special combination of important intestinal flora. L. bulgaricus prepares the GI tract to be more suitable for the survival and growth of L. acidophilus and bifidus (B. bifidum). L. acidophilus is the primary bacteria of the small intestine. Tests demonstrate that the special strains of L. acidophilus and bifidus used in this product are implantable, which means they may attach themselves to the intestinal wall becoming a part of the naturally occurring flora.
Notes: Do not consume within two hours of taking antibiotics. Keep refrigerated.
Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, mix 1/8 heaping teaspoon of powder into juice, water or food.

I actually use Multidophilus Powder for my cat. He has a terrible digestive system, due to medical issues. Any medications that the Veterinarian would prescribe, he would have some kind of reaction to it. About 2 weeks after my cat started on the Multidophilus Powder, his digestive system has evened out and after 1 month, his digestive problems are a thing of the past. This is a safe product and can be used on a daily basis. Best thing I've ever given him.
