It was within a few days that I noticed an increase in energy and more flexibility in my joints. After a week or so I noticed a significant reduction in joint pain/discomfort. I finally got my mom to start taking MSM Powder since she had hip replacement surgery last summer and she loves this stuff now. The taste is extremely bitter so I suggest adding it to some orange juice, anything where citric acid is an ingredient, so it covers the taste.
This stuff is great. Within two days of taking it there was a huge improvement in joint pain/mobility. I take it first thing in the morning and about 30 minutes before I go to the gym, 1-2 servings each time. The only problem I have with it is the bitterness, its like eating the pith of a grapefruit. The beat way I found to take it is with orange juice, or something relatively acidic, or a small shot of water and drink it fast. Either way the bitterness isn't unbearable and is well worth it with the benefits.
Funciona muito, mas se tomado em quantidades maiores que a indicada! Estou tomando 6 gramas antes dos treinos de perna (onde tenho problemas) e nos dias onde não treino perna, 3 gramas. Na primeira semana de uso cheguei a tomar nove gramas para avaliar o produto. Funciona!
