I have been drinking MLO milk and egg protein for almost four years. I make a high protein breakfast with protein mix, ground almond, flax seeds and half banana everyday. It gives me lots of energy all day long and good night sleep. Best of all I love the taste.

For over ten years, I've been starting each day with a protein shake made with MLO Milk & Egg protein powder. I like the fact that it has a high protein content and no artificial flavorings or sweeteners. It has a mild and pleasant taste that makes it suitable for adding to milk or any fruit juice. It has no aftertaste.
As of Nov. 2009, the price of this product at e-vitamins is much lower than at any other internet vendor that I've looked into.
