Sleeping is essential and, like everyone else, I feel unattended and tired when I do not sleep reasonably well. For people who have to adapt to different schedules constantly, Melatonin is certainly a great ally of a good night's sleep. I have trouble sleeping and often work late and get agitated at night. When I need to sleep early and have a good night's sleep, Melatonin 5mg helps me a lot. Literally, just take it and go to bed to rest. In a few minutes, sleep always comes, and after sleeping for a few hours in a row, I wake up feeling perceptibly refreshed. I just do not think it is advisable to take it when it is not possible to have enough hours to sleep. You will end up waking up as sleep and feeling that you needed to sleep more. Also, avoid using constantly, taking only when necessary. It is worth mentioning that the dosage of 5mg is considered high. There are also other smaller dosage options that also work very well. Now Foods Melatonin (as well as several other products of this brand that I love and trust) is very affordable here on eVitamins and is certainly a product I would recommend. At least with me, the 60 capsules last a long time (for at least 6-8 months). I do not like large capsules very much, and they are quite reasonable in size and easy to swallow.
