Purchased the first time and was super impressed.
I had a great experience ordering from e-vitamins. We were looking for these enzymes from Kirkman. Though these enzymes are available in my country of residence, they are for some strange reason very overprices. I visited e-vitamins and noticed the price difference was compelling enough to merit the additional waiting time for shipping from the USA, with an approximate lead time (displayed) of 3 weeks. I decided to go ahead and order nevertheless. It turns out that they factor a fair bit of margin in providing those lead times. Our order was possibly shipped the same day ( i am not sure of the day because of the time difference between my country and the USA) and we were provided regular updates as and when the order was reaching its planned stopover destination.
Now about the search experience on the evitamins website. the overall search experience was fantastic. We were looking for a particular variety, of gluten and dairy free. it popped as a recommendation when we typed the name in the search string. we were shown other alternatives as well, however, we decided to stick to Kirkman as it works in our case.
the packaging is quite effective. Despite the long shipping time and all the impact it needs to withstand, the package arrived to us in time without any visible damages to the packaging or the content of the packets. I will strongly recommend using customers of vitamins and other supplements to compare pricing of like to like products on evitamins before ordering. if there is a cost advantage, plan a little better and order from evitamins. I wasnt disappointed, and i am sure you will have a good experience overall as well.
What could be done better?
There is one area of opportunity i feel. the image quality of the products is not immaculate and evitamins can put slightly higher resolution image. We are savvy buyers, therefore we read the entire text before buying the product. However, the image wasnt very clear and there was a chance we could have got confused ad we not read the full text.
