Is spirulina a panacea for all ills or a healthy supplement?
I think "Spirulina" is the name of a vitamin that many people have heard, but not everyone knows how useful these vitamins from algae are. For those who do not know: Spirulina is a blue-green unicellular alga of the genus cyanobacteria. Vitamins contain beta-carotene (vitamin A) and vitamin B-12, as well as proteins and gamma linoleic acid that the body needs. If you are constantly on a diet, then spirulina will help balance the diet, and prevent the body from losing the necessary micronutrients. I began to take spirulina with one goal - not to allow my body to suffer during the diet and sports regime. I took 2 tablets per day. Of course, that struck me is my well-being. I had to remain so much strength and energy after a busy day. During the diet, my hair did not fall out, my nails exfoliated, my face had acne, it's all the other way around. hair grows better and skin looks fresher. I do not think spirulina is the panacea for everything. For example, I did not give a child, although admission is possible from the age of four. My mom also drinks spirulina for the prevention of various inflammatory joint diseases. And my sister tried to make masks from the face, stretching the pill and making a parashok of it. By the way, it turns out that spirulina in its pure form cleans the skin very well! In general, it seems to me that everyone will be able to find for themselves the beneficial properties of spirulina.
