"He equilibrado mi nivel de serotonina en poco tiempo con este producto. En mi país no existen suplementos de L-Triptófano con esta concentración, son más bajas, lo que obliga a tratamientos más largos, más caros o a no obtener el efecto terapéutico deseado. He probado L-Triptófano de otros laboratorios y este es el que más me gusta. He notado que ya no tengo cambios de humor bruscos, tengo menos ansiedad de día y de noche, estoy más relajada, mis pensamientos son más positivos y duermo mejor. Pasé una temporada que me despertaba por las noches. Incrementar los niveles de serotonina, siendo un neurotransmisor tan importante, conlleva muchos otros beneficios para el organismo, algunas se nos pasan desapercibidas: aumenta la melatonina, la sensación de bienestar y concentración, reduce la depresión, las alteraciones del sueño y de la conducta, reduce la percepción del dolor, aumenta la libido, controla el apetito y la digestión... "Help with mild depression, but its effects are week and sometimes not easily perceptible, but it works, yes it works. Sometimes I'd feel my fingers and feet numb. I don`t know if it was a side effect of it so I stopped using it after a month. I plan to restart. While using I remember that the dreams are very vivid. I think that DHEA 25mg is more effective to treat mild depression, just my opinion!"
