I have done hours of comparing protein/meal replacement powders and RAW Meal exceeds many, but is absolutely the best for the price! I use 1 scoop instead of 2 and that gets me a nice pre or post workout drink with 17 g of protein! The chocolate is best mixed with a chocolate almond milk, but is obviously healthier with unflavored/unsweetened almond milk which is what I initially mix with the chocolate almond milk to get used to it. I also love that it's VEGAN and just look at the ingredient list. My gut is thanking me every day. AND Absolutely no digestive issues when taken right before a hard workout!
