My choice for an added natural source of protein.
I think I made a very good choice in purchasing this product. I use it on sauces, smoothies or shakes, sometimes I add just a little bit on cakes too as it doesn't have a very strong taste. This way I make sure I take enough proteins even on days when I didn't indulge on greens or beans. I find it to be a very good alternative to beans due to the blocking enzymes the cooked beans have (I pre-soak them for 1-2 days so that they can release these enzymes).
I am currently trying to build muscle and I have noticed that adding a bit of this protein here and there is helping me in this journey too.
