By achieving these smaller goals, your mind will stay focused longer and it will be easier for you to stick with your plan.

STEP 3. Develop a plan. "Failure to plan is planning to fail". It's important to develop a healthy eating plan and exercise routine. Your plan should fit your lifestyle and be fit for your lifestyle.
