Bahamian Diet is a meal replacement drink that may be helpful in weight loss and weight management programs.
This drink is a unique food concentrate. The formulation was designed to help you lose weight without the use of drugs or chemicals. Three servings per day provide all the vitamins and minerals considered to be essential in human nutrition and required daily for health. It also contains Dick Gregory's 4-X Formula which includes many additional nutritional factors associated with good nutrition. It can be used as a meal replacement by dieters who wish to lose weight or as the foundation for a nutritious eating program by those who wish to maintain their constant weight.
The standard for high quality protein is 2.5 or higher. The essential Amino acid Profile of The Bahamian Diet exceeds the ideal reference pattern of the Food Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations. The Protein Efficiency Ratio (P.E.R.) is the U.S. Government's measure of protein efficiency. Because of its high protein quality, this diet contributes more usable protein per measure than products which fail to meet this Reference Standard.

I lost so much weight using this product I wish that he will start selling it again no other product i taken hasn`t done any justice for me but dick Gregory Bahamian diet. Please bring it back I wish I could express how i feel to Mr. Gregory in person.
Back in 1986-87, I wanted to loose weight, so I started with the Bahamian diet. I would mix it with pineapple juice, and have 1 for breakfast and a lot of water throughout the day. A salad for lunch, more water and at dinner another shake. This really worked for me and it had a great taste. Since I'm so allergic to many raw fruits and juices, pineapple went great for me. Now that I'm almost 50 I need to get it together.
