What Is Apple Cider Vinegar?
To make apple cider vinegar, apples are crushed to remove their juice. It can also be made from cider. Next, different forms of bacteria and yeast are added in stages while the liquid ferments to create vinegar. The end result is amber in color with a bright and tangy taste.

The Bragg Difference
There are multiple reasons Bragg's vinegar is different from other available varieties. First of all, Braggs's product is organic, which makes it free of harmful chemicals like pesticides and herbicides. The next defining characteristic is that it's raw and unpasteurized.   • Cooking -- Of course, apple cider vinegar makes a great addition to your recipes. Use it for dressings for salad and in marinades for just about any protein -- it adds just the right touch of acidity. Add too much? Balance it out with a pinch of stevia or another natural sweetener.
  • Weight Loss -- Apple cider vinegar is known to spark the metabolism to encourage the burning of more fat. The diehards take a shot of apple cider vinegar at least once a day. If you can't handle the straight stuff (it can be irritating for the throat and stomach), you can dilute it in water or even add it to a smoothie or juice drink.
  • Skincare -- If you suffer from acne, try moistening a cotton ball with apple cider vinegar and swiping across the face twice a day, focusing on areas prone to excess oil production and blemishes. This vinegar has antibacterial and antifungal properties. It can also be applied to the scalp to combat dandruff. 
  • Cold and Flu Remedy -- Those same bacteria and fungi-fighting actions are beneficial when you're sick. Add 1 to 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar with honey to your cup of tea and sip to soothe a sore throat and quiet a cough. It will also help strengthen the immune system to fight back.
  • Cleaning -- Don't want to taste it? Try diluting some of the vinegar with water and adding to a plastic spray bottle. Just like that, you have an all natural and safe household cleaner you don't have to worry about using on surfaces where you prepare food.
