I'm not sure how well Raspberry Ketone Diet works for weight loss since I haven't been taking it for very long. The one thing that bothered me quite a bit is that this supplement contains caffeine and it isn't mentioned on the label. I don't know how much caffeine is in it though. I just researched green tea extract and found that pretty much all supplements containing it have some amount of caffeine, ranging from a few mg to 150mg! Don't take it late in the afternoon if you have trouble sleeping.
I started taking Raspberry Ketones after watching Dr. Oz. Of course, I have tried lots of his recommendations (green
coffee, 7 keto, etc). I like the Ketones because there mild
and they seem to curb my appetite. I link this version
because it is cheap and contains a high dosage. Overall I
would recommend this item to anyone looking to lose weight in safe and stimulant-free way.
