Awesome Vegan B12 Supplement. Very Tasty!
I was diagnosed with a severe vitamin B-12 deficiency after a blood test earlier this year. For some reason, my body was not absorbing B-12 properly. Searching online, I found VegLife B12 supplement, which is 100% vegan. These were lozenges and had a number of good reviews, so I bought a few bottles.
I later read online: "when taken together, these B vitamins may interact with each other. You shouldn't take more than 1,000 micrograms (mcg.) of supplemental folic acid per day. More than this can cause symptoms of vitamin B12 deficiency." But I guess this product had the correct combination as my follow up blood test showed my B12 level in the good range! I am delighted - especially as I was told that only animal products provided good, usable B12. Not true!
It is affordable and very tasty. I have avoided the temptation to take more in a day! I will be ordering a few more bottles very soon.
