The Government of Canada passed legislation on Monday, November 26, 2018 that will end the labour disruption and resume postal services. The legislation will come into effect at 12:00 pm (noon) Eastern Time on Tuesday, November 27, 2018. KPG member posts (USPS is a
member) can now resume the sending of mails to our exchange offices in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver.
Backlogs of both mail and parcels in our network are severe, and backlogs of parcels are expected to worsen significantly with the arrival of large volumes of online orders from Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales this week. To deal with the backlog of mail, both internationally and
domestically, we are requesting that members prioritize the despatching of committed services including EMS, Air Parcels and Tracked Packet so that we may minimize the significant delays that are expected in the processing and delivery of packages.
While Canada Post is operational and continues to try to minimize service impacts, there are delivery delays across the country. This is likely to be the situation for the foreseeable future, meaning the next several weeks, including the peak holiday season and through January 2019.
In managing the unprecedented backlogs, Canada Post is committed to protecting the health and safety of its employees.
Once Canada Post receives mail or parcels from customers, it is processing and delivering as much as possible on a first-in, first-out basis. International items will require screening by the Canada Border Services Agency and we are working in partnership with them to manage the
significant existing backlog.
This has been a very difficult situation for all involved, especially customers. We thank you for your patience and understanding over the past few weeks.
Where does eVitamins ship from?
All orders placed with eVitamins will process and ship from the United States. eVitamins warehouse is located in Shelby Township, Michigan.
Shipping Cost & Transit Times
The shipping cost and transit time of your order will depend on the total weight of your order and is based on the method of shipping you select at the time of checkout. To see a full list of available shipping methods and options,

If you have never placed an order with eVitamins before, your first order may be slightly delayed until we can verify your information. We do this to protect you against fraud and verify that the card being used to place the order is
from the actual card holder. Please know that once you have gone through our initial screening process, subsequent orders are usually much faster to process. Note: Processing times are also dependent on the products
availability when the order is placed. If all items are in-stock at the time the order is completed, orders typically ship in 1-2 business days (business days are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST). If items are ordered
that are out of stock and listing a shipping time frame, such as Ships in seven business days, the order will process for shipment once ALL items in the order are available, which would be seven business days from when the order is
completed. The processing time does not count towards the transit times. The transit time begins once the order has shipped from our facility.

As eVitamins is a United States based company, we bill all our customers in U.S. Dollars and allow the customer's card issuing company to process the conversion. The pricing that we offer in local currency is a close approximate
(based on exchange rates at the time of purchase). The card issuing company will then process the transaction from your account utilizing the exchange rate that they are currently offering. That amount may slightly differ from the
rate of exchange that we are showing on our site. Your card issuing company may also charge you a conversion fee. eVitamins is not responsible for these fees.
Customs & Country Regulations
Please know that we do try to adhere to each countries individual import policies. While we do our best to make sure that we don't ship prohibited products into Canada, it is up to you to double check your country's import policies
before ordering. Shipping vitamins and supplements into Canada is regulated by Health Canada. Due to Canada's import regulations, some products may not be available for purchase. If a product is restricted to Canada, this will be
noted in the cart along with instructions to remove that product before you’ll be able to complete your purchase. Please note that Canada sometimes prohibits the importation of more than a 90 days’ supply of some dietary
supplements (Canadian Natural Health Products) in a single order. Please know that while eVitamins can not guarantee our import restrictions are up to date. It is the responsibility of the customer (you) to make sure your the items
you are ordering comply with the import regulations of Health Canada. Orders that are seized by your local customs can not be refunded. For more information on the policies of Health Canada, click here.
Duties & Taxes
Regardless of which carrier you choose to ship with, you pay no import duties when bringing your order into Canada. Because of the Free Trade Agreement between the US and Canada, you are able to order up to $2,500 CAD without
incurring any import duties, HOWEVER, you may be required to pay HST taxes or GST taxes. These taxes may or may not be collected by your local delivery carrier upon delivery of your package.
If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been shipped. Please know that we work directly with our shippers to help resolve address issues when
possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, or other delivery issues if you've made an error in the shipping information on your order. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost or destroyed, we cannot
issue a refund or replacement of any kind. If the error causes the order to be sent back to us, you may be responsible for return shipping fees and we’ll only be able to refund you for the cost of the merchandise only.
Although it is rare for international orders to get lost or delayed, please be aware that it can happen. Due to the import clearance process in your country and depending on the shipping method you chose, international orders can take
up to 35 business days to clear customs. An international order will not be considered ‘lost’ until 35 business days from the date of shipment. We are unable to process claims until 35 business days period has passed. In the event your
order has been lost, you must contact our customer support department at email@example.com and report it as lost to us within 60 calendar days of date of purchase. Depending on your location, courier selection, and any history of
similar problems, we’ll work to help resolve this issue. Orders that hasn't been reported within 60 calendar days will not be eligible for refund. Refunds are not available if you choose a non-trackable shipping method and your order is
If your parcel is being returned to sender due to any reason such as : Unclaimed, Incomplete/Insufficient Address, Denied Entry by Customs, Prohibited/Banned items, or being Refused only once the parcel arrives back to our facility
will a refund for the purchase price of the products minus the shipping cost be issued. Before a refund is granted, the parcel must be checked in at our facility. You may be responsible for return shipping fees. Unfortunately, unless the
order is returned back to our warehouse in an undamaged and resalable condition, we can not issue a refund. We cannot be held responsible for delays and transit times if your parcel is being returned. Refunds issued will be for the
cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
eVitamins cannot be held responsible for any laws or regulations that result in Customs applying additional cost to your order, whether tax or duties, nor any related delivery delays or seized products. In the event additional fees are
assessed to your order, your local Customs authority will contact you directly. As eVitamins is a United States based company, we bill all our customers who use a debit or credit card in U.S. Dollars and allow the customer's card
