I purchased Stevia Extract last week after it was recommended to me by a friend. I have had extremely wonderful results. Six months ago my health was shot. I had no energy, depression, and major skin problems. A couple of weeks ago I was talking to a friend about my health and she suggest that I check my ph balance. I found that I was totally acid. This will cause skin problems and many, many other problems as well. The friend that introduced my to ph balancing suggested Stevia. After my friend suggested Stevia, I went directly to the health store. I tasted the Stevia and was sold. My husband liked it too and he is a hard sell. After just one day of omitting sugar by replacing it with Stevia in my diet my ph went up and my skin lesions started to disappear. I know it is Stevia that is helping with balancing my pH and my skin condition is almost totally gone. I also recently read that Stevia will also stop the craving for nicotine and I'm looking forward to that as I'm attempting to quit smoking.

I have looked for an alternative to sugar and sugar substitutes. I wanted something healthy, no calories, a natural product, and that tastes good. Stevia is all these things and a little of this sweetener goes a long way. I have been using Stevia products for a couple of years now and will never use an unhealthy sugar substitutes again.
