"I've been having on-going problems with kidney stones the past 18 months. I had passed one and then had 5 more blasted. I've had pain in my left kidney ever since. "I am 45 years old and have had kidney stones for over 30 years. I had lithotripsy on one kidney last year and my Dr said I would have to come back and have the other kidney done. Being that I could not afford to have the procedure done again, I began looking for ways to get rid of the stone on my own. I take Stone Free at bedtime with a glass of water- and I also take 2 Tbl Olive Oil with 2 Tbl Lemon juice once or twice a day followed by a glass of water during acute attacks. In January, I passed a 5m stone on my own. A heating pad brings great comfort, take a peppermint for nausea and if you are having urinary pain, take Cystex, which is an over the counter pill for urinary pain. " - Debbie N
