Bilingual Customer Care Specialist
About the Bilingual Customer Care Specialist Job
Do you speak a second langauge? This position offers a true ground floor opportunity for experienced, empathetic, dependable, team-oriented customer service professionals who can speak a second langauge to join our team. Using creative, 'out of the box' thinking, this person will do whatever it takes to exceed customers' expectations and deliver a truly REMARKABLE service experience. Only individuals with outstanding work ethics, strong verifiable references and "customer-first" mindsets need apply. FULL and PART-TIME shifts are available.
Duties & Responsibility
- Resolve 12-15 customer calls/emails per hour related to products offered on website.
- Investigate and resolve account-specific issues related to order shipments.
- Assist in the development of department methods and procedures.
- Process customer orders by phone.
- Communicate website issues to IT team as necessary for quick resolution.
- Report all product and service-related trends to the Customer Care Manager.
- Generate USPS, FedEx, DHL and UPS Delivery Intercepts, Return Authorizations and/or claims as necessary.
- Assist in the fulfillment of periodic marketing promotions.
Experience
Helpful experience includes past experience providing exceptional customer service, preferably within a high-volume call center but not required.
Skills
Your ability to speak a second language as well as read, write and speak English is imperative. Basic Computer Skills are helpful. Prior health or vitamin knowledge helpful but not required. Qualified langauges include Spanish, French, Russian, Japanese, German, Swedish, Italian, Arabic.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required. College degree prefered.

Warehouse Team Members
About the Warehouse Team Members Job
This position will be directly responsibile for keeping thousands of people healthy! You'll be picking, packing and shipping orders on a daily basis. Only individuals with outstanding work ethics, strong verifiable references and "customer-first" mindsets need apply. FULL and PART-TIME shifts are available.
We are committed to providing the cleanest and safest work environment possible. This means you may wear a reflective vest, stretch, provide safety tips, and recognize each other for working safely. Along with daily safety guidlines you'll actively take part in our everyday maintenance and sanitation programs.
Duties & Responsibility
- Pick it - Pack it - Ship it - on a timely basis exceeding customer expectations.
- Prepare and deliver all orders to exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety and, above all, freshness.
- Scan orders while paying particular attention to specific customer instructions.
- Ensure quality and freshness with every order shipped.
- Some tasks will require standing in one place for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours a day), while others involve walking around the facility, including climbing stairs – comfortable, closed-toed shoes are a must!
- Receive products using frequency scanners. Pulls and unpacks products and unload shipments from trucks.
- You must be able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 8 hours a day and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, all with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Understand our continuous improvement process, including warehouse processes and procedures. Understand logistic KPI’s including performance against budget, receiving turnaround, fulfillment on picking, pick productivity and error rates, shrinkage and stock take results.
- Be on the move. You should be willing and able to operate carts, dollies, hand trucks and other moving equipment in order to move large quantities of merchandise throughout an 8 hour day.
- Be a leader. Set an example. Lead, manage and motivate others on the warehouse team, through effective communication, goal setting and reinforcement of our culture.
Experience
1 to 2 years warehouse experience preferred but not necessary. You simply need to be a hard worker with the ability to grasp time managment.
Skills
Must be fast and have the ability to keep a steady pace. We love people who break records so we want you to challenge the best we've already done.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required. College degree prefered.

About the Bilingual Content Team Editors Job
This position will be a part of our content team and will be adding products, articles and relevant content information to certain areas of the website in both English and your other langauge.
You will work closely with our marketing group and merchandising team to develop timely stories as well as product slots.
Duties & Responsibility
- Edit and monitor web content
- Edit, monitor and maintain international trends via prohibited products and foreign country policies
- Communicate with customers via articles, product and landing pages international guidelines to facilitate a better shopping experience
- Add, Edit and Remove Product Details to allow for a better, safer and healthier shopping experience
Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required. College degree prefered but not necessary. Background in international trade including exporting/importing also helpful but not necessary.
