Carlson Vitamin K2 (as Menatetrenone) provides 5mg of vitamin K2 in each capsule. Research suggests that vitamin K2 promotes a healthy cardiovascular system as well as promotes healthy bones and cartilage.
Warnings: Do not use with prescription anticoagulants. Vitamin K can antagonize the effect of anticoagulants, including Warfarin. Do not take this product if you are taking Warfarin without first consulting with your physician. Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
Recommended Use: Adults take (1) capsule daily at mealtime. Keep bottle tightly closed. Store away from heat and moisture.

Absolutely love this product and can't thank evitamins enough for providing me this with such a great price. The same would cost me almost double from any reseller where I live.
I started seeing a subtle change for the better with my hair and teeth with this. I also take other supplements, and this seems to be helping too. I wish the capsule wasn't made from beef gelatine though. :S
