One of the best zinc supplements I've ever taken. Better than zinc picolinate for sure. I took 3 a day, so 45mg of zinc, and my skin was incredibly clear and soft. I have pyroluria, so I need extra zinc and vitamin B6. My nails became much stronger and gums improved after just a week of supplementation. I think it's worth paying a little more for a food-based mineral supplement like this because in addition to zinc, it has so many other great complementary ingredients, such as digestive enzymes, chlorella, etc. I love this raw zinc so much and I will definitely buy it again.
