TMG Crystals™ is trimethylglycine extracted from sugar beets. TMG, also known as anhydrous betaine, contains methyl groups. Methyl donors, such as TMG and Folic Acid, are required for converting homocysteine (a toxic amino acid and a serious health risk) back into methionine and for the accurate synthesis of DNA and RNA, which is essential for the production of normal cells.* Methylation is inhibited, in part, by a lack of methyl donors.* Impairment of methylation results in abnormal cell synthesis and elevated levels of homocysteine.*
Recommended Use: Take 1 scoop per day, or as directed by your qualified health care consultant. Keep tightly closed out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
