The powerful, energy-giving ingredients of Source of Life have been expanded to include high quality soy protein. As with Source of Life Tablets, you will experience a "Burst of Energy." Source of Life has a perfect blend of vitamins, minerals, lipids, bioflavonoids, enzymes, plant pigments, amino acids, nucleic acids and herbs. Whole brown rice, spirulina, bee pollen, young barley leaves, sunflower oil, carrots and black currant seeds are other ingredients which offer the most health-giving, life-supporting nutrients. All these have been ingeniously combined in this formula to create powerful, synergistic effects that will result in a "Burst of Energy" you'll want to experience every day!
Warnings: Do not take with sulfonamide since PABA interferes with the activity of the drug.
Recommended Use: Add two measuring scoops (scoop included) to 8 fl. oz. of skim milk, whole milk, juice or water, and mix or shake until smooth. For those who prefer their source of life energy shake less rich, mix with water or half water and half juice. If you prefer milk, use one scoop twice a day.

I have been using Source of Life Energy Shake for over 20 years and have found it to be a wonderful supplement, especially for a person such as myself who sometimes gives in to unhealthy eating habits and may not get enough vitamins and minerals from my diet.
What I love about Source of Life Energy Shake is that along with vitamins and minerals, it also contains herbs and other supplements, such as ginseng, bee pollen, spirulina and digestive enzymes to help the body absorb the nutrients. One of the wonderful features of this product is that the vitamins and minerals all come from whole foods, not laboratory-made substances. Because of this, the body recognizes the vitamins and minerals as food and absorbs it naturally and quickly, which it doesn't do with chemical "nutrients".
The package recommends two scoops a day but I only use one or less because the percentages of vitamins, minerals, lipids biflavonoids and more are high enough that a small amount of Source of Life Energy Shake go a long way. For example, some of the vitamins have several hundred percent of the daily minimum requirements for adults.
Many years ago, when my mom was still alive, she once got out of the hospital, emaciated and seemingly near death and very weak. I started giving her an Source of life energy shake every day and with in a couple weeks, she started to perk up and amazed the whole family with her energy level and cheerful disposition. Boy, was I the family hero then!!!!
