"Thayers Slippery Elm Lozenges are not like your normal cough drop. The texture and taste are much different. If you can get by that the results are phenomenal. My husband who experiences severe acid reflex was excited to find these lozenges help to minimize his heartburn. " - KHiller
"Não gostei do sabor, essa pastilha de cereja não tem gosto de cereja, tem um sabor meio rançoso e esfarela na boca. " - Tata
"Slippery Elm has aided my recovery from smoking tremendously. Nothing seemed to assist with the clearing of mucous from my system until I started taking Slippery Elm regularly each day. Within 3 days, my system had cleared considerably and I (and my wife) was able to get a full nights sleep again!" - Gil Miller
"Good for relieving that bloated feeling and also keeping me regular, This product does it's job and helps sooth my stomach after experiencing bloating from eating too much wheat or dairy. It also has the effect of keeping me 'regular'. The capsules are convenient to take when I travel. I don't take it in capsule form. I split one capsule open pour the powder into a cup add a touch of cinnamon (if it's available) pour a small amount of boiling water (1/6 of a cup) into the cup and stir it up until the powder mixes in well with the water. Then I top it up with cold water. Then I drink it. Usually I drink it in the morning. If I'm feeling particularly bloated I also have a cup at night. I don't take it in capsule form." - Ili Munro
"I personally like the flavour of these lozenges, though not everyone does. Some people don't like the "slimy" feeling of it, but that is what slippery elm does, it creates a kind of coating down your throat. I don't think it can actually help your voice because you can't get this on your vocal folds (obviously), but it is soothing for the throat, especially if I have a cough. Better than mentholated lozenges, which soothe initially but then irritate from what I've read. " - Colleen Jones
