Though the capsules may be a bit large for some people, I find that they do help ease my stomach irritability and bloating. I take 2 a day and they help me feel free to do whatever I want without fear of an upset stomach.
I bought it to complement wild oregano oil and mastic gum in my quest to kill off candida and h-pylori. It was a huge success! Saccharomyces Boulardii is really good at restoring the balance of good bacteria in the gut and has made my digestion faultless now. I used to have painful bloating at least once a day for all of my life. Now I haven't had even one case of bloating for nearly 2 months and I go for number 2 twice a day every day, which is unheard of. Highly recommend this product for anyone taking antibiotics or for those who took antibiotics in the past, also for anyone who suspects candida overload. It's amazing!
