After I started taking it I am able to control my weight, at least I am not
gaining more weight. Lately my weight was going up without any
specific reason, I hope I can finally loose weight now and my period come back again.
Before I took red clover I could not breathe through my nose. When I went to a naturopathic doctor he put me on Red Clover 375 mh. I was 41 years old then and had never been able to breathe through my nose. After 10 days of taking two pills with my breakfast, I was able to breathe through my nose without any problems.
I researched the Red Clover for menopause issues and start taking 2 caps a day, noticed an improvement in 3 days. I increased to 2 caps, 2 times a day and found it a better dose for me. Hot flashes are gone, and I do get at least once a month one night sweat, which is barely noticable.
Could be a slight fever. I will continue taking this product until I find out it is unsafe. I can not take and do not want to take the meds the Doctor's prescribe. I won't take Premarin for what it is and how it is obtained. Horse urine?? Really?? Who thought of that one? Who sat around and said, hey, let's try horse urine!! Red Clover is great!!
