I'm ordering Rise protein bars from eVitamins from the last 7 months and this is my 7th box of Rise protein bars. I'm a fan of Rise protein bars because of the short list of simple ingredients. Unlike the other protein bars, they
only have 4 or 5 simple ingredients and as an added bonus, they are gluten-free, soy-free and peanut-free. I have them as a pre-workout snack and sometimes before going to bad. I usually order Crunchy Carob Chip or Almond Honey Rise bars but this time I ordered Lemon Cashew flavor of this bar and let me tell you, they taste gross. They are softer than the Carob Crunch but the taste is not tolerable. I will not going to order Lemon Cashew bar again and will stick with the Crunchy Carob Chip or Almond Honey bars.
