Pricey but WORTH IT
I made the decision to go with Metagenics for my multivitamin after spending several hours doing research. My nutritionist and primary doctor recommended avoiding brands like One A Day and Centrum (interestingly enough, both are owned by Pfizer). I was initially spending $130 a month for the Usana HealthPak and decided that isn't quite sustainable. After taking PhytoMulti for one month, my energy levels remain stable throughout the day and I'm no longer concerned with gaps in the vitamins/minerals I get through my diet alone. I typically take these right after a meal (with one Metagenics UltraFlora Balance probiotic) to avoid any sort of digestive discomfort.Yes, this is probably more $$ than most people would be interested in spending on a multivitamin, but it is truly an investment in your health.
