Warnings: Do not exceed recommended internal dosage. Do not use if pregnant or nursing.
Talk to your doctor before taking oregano oil internally if you suffer from iron-deficiency anemia; the oregano might make your condition worse by inhibiting the absorption of iron from foods and supplements.
Stop taking oregano oil (and any form of oregano) if signs or symptoms of an allergic reaction develop (these may include facial swelling, skin rash, itching, nausea, vomiting, and other symptoms).
Notes: Oil of oregano may reduce the absorption of iron from iron supplements, so take the oregano oil at least two hours before or after consuming iron supplements.
Recommended Use: Shake well. Internal Use: 4 drops in a small amount of water up to 3 times a day.
External Use: Apply liberally up to 3 times a day.
