I have a lack of zinc and vitamin Bs, and my doctor recommended me Metagenic's product. After taking this product, my stiff shoulders are gone. In addition, I've white spots on my finger nails, which shows that I have a lack of zinc is getting disappeared. This absolutely works for me. On the negative side, each tablet is too huge to swallow them at once. Overall, I am satisfied with this product.
