I have been taking Jet Fuel for almost a month so far. following the standard directions on the bottle. I have gained about 8 lbs of muscle and lost about 12 lbs of fat. This has been in conjunction with a high protein diet and lots of hours at the gym/pool. I also have seen the plus to my sex life. Hours in bed working out have made me able to cut a trips to the gym down to just twice a week. I do tend to get a little hot when taking the product. but I'm guessing that's the massive amounts of Vitamin B kicking in. I would give it a shot if you are looking for something new.
Jet Fuel definitely boosts energy. I take it in the morning prior to going to work. I get an increase in energy, but not a rush. The other good part is I don't feel a crash like with other products or coffee/energy drinks. I take it again about an hour before lifting weights and feel a lot less muscle fatigue during my workout, thus able to lift longer and heavier over time. As far as weight
loss, I am maintaining, but not losing anything. I am 40
years old, 6 feet tall and consistently weigh 205 lbs. I'm not thin, but not heavy, so I am not sure if someone less active and a little heavier would notice the weight loss aspect more than I did.
Jet Fuel is a good product. Stay away from Zantrax3. That is garbage. But, give this a try before you buy anything else to experiment with.
