Within this shipment of D3 5,000 IU, I found that its taste has been changed and it tastes terrible -- the sweet taste was not there anymore. So today I ordered 10 bottles of D3 10,000 IU only, hopefully to find the original sweet taste again.
D3 5,000 IU is perfect for my college-age son in Pittsburgh whose vitamin D level was 17 from spending so much time indoors studying. Also perfect for my college-age daughter in D.C. who hates swallowing pills and spends a lot of time indoors studying, too.
