Zinc is a mineral with antioxidant properties. Thompson's Children's Zinc Lozenge 5 mg also has 20 mg of added vitamin C to increase absorption and for antioxidant protection against free radicals that can damage cells and lead to illness.
Recommended Use: For adults and children 4 years of age and older, dissolve one lozenge in muth up to three times daily, preferably after meals. Lozenge should be completely dissolved in mouth (for best results, do not chew).
