I was not able to take this long enough due to it's aggravating side effects o determine if it really worked. When I did take it over 15 x one pill at a time, I noticed I would get gas and unusual slight discomfort pain in my lower abdomen/ intestines. My poos were odd as well, so it did something.
I did not feel that the annoying side effect was worth the little results I was seeing. I have
a strong stomach. I rarely get stomach upset nor gas, so it's not because I'm sensitive.
I normally eat healthy. Once in awhile I splurge in a high calorie meal I am craving. I'll then
if then, I'll reluctantly use it , knowing I'll get the above side effects like clock work.
