I'm not really sure about this product. I have been taking it daily for about two months as a liver-supporting supplement while also taking DIM (I've been taking DIM for about a year) I have not had any adverse side effects, but I haven't noticed any positive changes, either. This may be because I am taking only 2 tablets per day whereas the label recommends six. I just can't seem to commit to six tablets per day. On the plus side, the tablets are easy to swallow and have no bad taste.
