Breathe Easy promotes normal respiratory tract health by reducing mucus and helping to keep the nasal passages open. Breathe Easy combines eucalyptus, fennel and licorice; herbs that have been found to have beneficial effects on upper respiratory tract health. Their effects are complemented by the addition of Bi Yan Pian, a traditional formula for the sinuses, widely recommended by practitioners of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Warnings: Consult a health care provider before using if you have hypokalemia, or if you are taking any kind of hormonal therapies, diuretics, potassium depleting agents, or MAO inhibitors. In rare cases, excessive consumption of teas that contain eucalyptus leaf can cause nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.
Contraindications: Do not use if you have inflammatory disorders of the gastrointestinal tract and biliary ducts, impaired kidney or liver functions, high blood pressure or heart disease.
Duration of use: If symptoms last longer than 7 days, seek medical advice.
Pregnancy and lactation: Not to be used during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

One month after taking antibiotics in Sept. 2009 for a sinus infections, I was diagnosed with the flu, then bronchitis, and another sinus infection for which antibiotics did not help. In desperation, on the way back from the doctor, I spoke to a salesperson in a natural food store who recommended Breathe Easy. It helps me breathe easier and feel stronger. It has proven to be one of the most beneficial products in fighting respiratory tract ailments for which there is not always an easy answer.

This is some wonderful Tea. I suffer with Asthma and 23 different environmental allergies and it really helps me. This winter I got sick with a Chronic Sinus infections and Acute Bronchitis, on January 3rd and have been on 3 different antibiotics and now the doctor says it is viral. Breathe Easy is the only thing that would allow me to breathe.
